Portishead Cricket Club is a friendly, family orientated club which welcomes players of all abilities. We run three Saturday sides, one Sunday side and have a thriving Junior section for boys and girls in the Under 9 to Under 17 age groups. We play our home matches at the picturesque Lake Grounds in Portishead. Important Notice to Members
Many of you will be aware that David Welsh has decided to retire from his position of Groundsman at the end of this calender year. The Committee now has the difficult task of finding a replacement for David, who has done a superb job for so many years.
The purpose of this notice is to request that the Committee be informed if any member knows of anyone who would be willing and capable of carrying out the work previously done by David.
In order to give members a reasonable opportunity to come forward with any suggestions, the Committee requests this is done by 31st July 2010.
